THE PATTERN
Honey pants is a lovely overall for lovely children. It is worked bottom-up, the legs are worked with double pointed needles (or magic loop), and the body is worked flat on circular needles. The overall has a beautiful ribbing on the back piece, and the front piece is made with a cute honey pattern, and ribbing in the sides. The pants are somewhat tight-fitting, if you want a looser fit, feel free to go up a size, but knit the lengths as indicated.
Feel free to knit a gauge swatch before starting, to check that the gauge is correct. Note that the gauge is given in stockinette stitch and textured stitch, after the swatch has been washed.
