The Butterfly dress mini is worked from top-down seamlessly and in stockinette stitch with double yarn Tynn Line from Sandnes Garn, or other aran weight yarn to obtain gauge. Beginning with the shoulders, increasing the neckline, and later the back neckline. After making two mirrored shoulder parts, the dress is joined in the front, and you begin working in rounds. Before making the skirt, bind off the top, and pick up twice the amount of stitches. Increase several rounds to get a nice width to the skirt. Pick up stitches around the armhole edge. The sleeves are worked with increases to get a beautiful flounce, and finishes with a folded hem. Finish with picking up stitches around the neckline with a single thread Tynn Line. The neckline is worked as a folded hem, and is sewn to the wrong side when finished.

Size guide
The stated measurements of the circumference is before the dress is used. It will adjust to the body, and will stretch about 6 cm, without ruining the expression. Because of this, the sizes have an negative ease of approx 6 cm. The dress will shrink together and measure the stated measurements after being washed. The length of the dress will be fairly constant. The sizes corresponds to ordinary european sizes.
