Size:  XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL)
Bust circumference:  83 (87) 98 (105) 112 (118) cm.
Length:  53 (56) 59 (61) 64 (65) cm, not including neck.
Gauge:  22 sts x 34 rounds double rib =  10 x 10 cm.
20 sts x 36 rounds stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm.
Needles: 3,5 mm circular needles (80 cm)
Yarn:  Arwetta together with Tilia - Filcolana, or similar yarn with
the same gauge.
Skeins: 150 (200) 200 (200) 250 (300) gram Arwetta and
75 (75) 75 (75) 100 (125) gram Tilia
The picture model is made with Tilia (color 101), together with Arwetta (color 977) .

Wild West
The Vest is worked top-down in double rib. First you work the neck twice as long, and knit it together, then the vest is worked with a longer back with the technique German Short Rows. You increase right or left sts in pairs total of 4 times per row. When required sts is reached, you bind-off the shoulder stitches, and the front/back piece are worked separately. When desired length is reached, the pieces are joined together and rest of vest is worked in rounds.
On each side of the front piece there’s a section with increases and decreases to give the vest a feminine flair. When reached desired length, bind-off with italian bind-off.
For a nice finish, you’ll pick up sts to work an i-cord edge around the armholes and zipper.
Feel free to make a gauge swatch to make sure the vest will fit nicely.
Then knit the flap to hide the zipper, from the resting stitches. This way the zipper will look nice from the wrong side as well as the right side. Finally, sew the zipper by hand.

Sizes
Wild Vest has a snug fit. Bust circumference is approx 80 - 85 (85 - 95) 95 - 105 (105 - 115) 115 - 125 (125 - 135) cm, and will correspond to a XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL). This means that if you measure approx 90 cm around your bust, you should make the vest in a size S. Measure yourself before knitting.  It will adjust to the body (probably approx 15-20 cm), but this will not ruin the expression. So the measurements stated is when the garment is stretched. The sizes correspond to ordinary European sizes.
